Heal. Grow. Thrive

Heal, Grow, Thrive reflects a structured yet compassionate therapy process. We begin by helping you heal—addressing pain, trauma, and patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming. From there, we focus on growth—building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. As progress unfolds, the goal is to help you thrive—developing confidence, resilience, and a deeper sense of balance and fulfillment in your daily life and relationships.

About Us

I'm Angella Y Brinkman (149159 LMFT ) an EMDR-trained LMFT in California. I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I integrate EMDR, CBT, EFT, and family systems approaches for practical, lasting change.

I provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space for healing, clarity, and stronger connections.

I integrate EMDR, CBT, and EFT within a compassionate, evidence-based framework to help individuals, couples, and families reduce anxiety, process trauma, and strengthen relationships.

As an LMFT, I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, combining trauma-focused interventions with practical skills to create lasting change.
